Electronics – High-speed Internet, DVD, and TV - View Channel Lineup Furnished - Kitchens, bedrooms, baths, and living rooms Onsite business center - Fax, copier, and computer available at the front desk. Post office boxes available upon request, $30.00 deposit to Post Office. Fedex-Kinkos and postal facilities are within a mile. Cottages & Community - Trees & green grass, gated community, and 24 hours video surveillance Laundromat within fifty feet of your door Kitchen appliances – Refrigerator, microwave, stove and/or oven, coffee/tea maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, & utensils. Air conditioning – Operable windows, ceiling fans, climate control, ceiling fans Kitchen supplies – Coffee maker, toaster, blender, water pitcher, can opener, wine opener, a complete set of drinking glasses, silverware and dishes for 4 including cereal bowls, 2 wine glasses, cutting board, various utensils, other bowls, colander, fry pan, 2 cooking pots, scissors, meas. Spoons, salt & pepper shakers. Dish soap, hand soap replenished at weekly housekeeping. Paper supplies - Initially two rolls of toilet paper are provided and every week thereafter one new roll is provided. One roll of paper towels in provided weekly. Bathroom linens and supplies - Two bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 bath mat, 1 shower curtain, and shower curtain liner with twelve hooks. Bedroom linens and supplies - Mattress pad, set of sheets with two pillow case liners and two pillowcases, 1 blanket, 1 bedspread, and alarm clock. Cleaning supplies - Sponge, dust pan and brush, 1 antibiotic hand soap dispenser, toilet brush set, plunger, trash basket, and 2 laundry bags. Additional linens - If additional linens or paper products are needed, just ask. There are additional charges. Personal hygiene items for sale in the office – Toothbrushes, shavers, hand creams, deodorants, mouthwash, band aids, and more.Note:
Basic Housekeeping Service (Weekly) Full service housekeeping is provided weekly for guests. If you would like this service at a specific time or day, please contact the office or your housekeeper. Full service cleaning includes: · replacing towels and bed linens Washing dishes is not included in this service. If excessive items are on the counters or on the floor which make it difficult for cleaning, there may be additional charges. Additional Housekeeping Services If you need extra help, our housekeeping service is very pleased to help. Please call the office and let us know what you need. Additional housekeeping services, either full service or a lighter, refresh service, may be requested at an additional charge. Refresh service includes replacing towels, emptying the trash, making the bed with existing linens and replenishing amenities. Please contact the staff for applicable charges. We also provide laundry and dry cleaning services. Call the office for a schedule of rates. Extra Linens or Paper Products If you need extra towels or linen, there will be an extra charge. Please let housekeeping or the office know of your needs. Trash For your convenience, additional trash receptacles are located throughout the property for disposal of in-cottage trash. Please contact the office staff for the location nearest your cottage. Additional waste basket liners are located in the bottom of the waste baskets in your cottage.
